Properties
Potassium Metaphosphate is a potassium salt of phosphoric acid manufactured from Monopotassium Phosphate, available as white powder.
Application
Potassium Metaphosphate is widely used as emulsifier in food production.It is used as Fat emulsifier; moisturizing agent; water softener; metal ion chelating agent; microstructure modifier (mainly for aquatic seasoning), color protecting agent; antioxidant;preservatives. Mainly used in meat, cheese and evaporated milk.
Packaging
It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport
It should be stored in a dry,ventilative and clean warehouse, kept away from water and moisture, futhermore, it shoud be stored separately from poisonous.Its expiry date is 24 month.
