Properties
Colorless or white crystals,crystalline or powder.It is easily soluble in water, but is insoluble in alcohol.density: 2.45, relative density:2.45, melting point: 890℃. The decahydrate effloresces slightly in dry air. PH of 1% solution is about 10.
Application
It is used as improving agent in food industry, PH regulating agent, metal ion complex agent, emulation dispersing agent and adhesive agent. Applied in the processing of meat and aquatic products in order to hold water, keep the meat fresh and tender, stabilize the natural color and project fat from putridly, also used in the production of yeast powder and cheese etc.
Packaging
It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport
It should be stored in a dry,ventilative and clean warehouse, kept away from water and moisture, futhermore, it shoud be stored separately from poisonous.
Its expiry date is 24 month.
