Properties
White,monoclinic crystalline power; odourless;tasteless, relative density: 2.32 ;
slightly soluble in water, soluble in dilute Hydrochloric,Nitric and Acetic acid. Steady in air,when heated to 120℃,it loses crystal water.
Application
The DCP Anhydrous is not only calcium nutrition enhancer but also used as phosphorus fortifier, so it is usually used in the food both calcium and phosphorus supplement. Besides, it is also used as buffering agent, loosening agent, flour modifier, nutritional supplement, emulsifier, curing agent, antioxidant, stabilizer, quality improver, etc.
Packaging
It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport
It should be stored in a dry,ventilative and clean warehouse, kept away from water and moisture, futhermore, it shoud be stored separately from poisonous.
Its expiry date is 24 month.
